Our employees are comprised of our Technicians, our office staff and our executive team.

Technicians

Our Technicians are the employees who come to your house for service calls. All Technicians are licensed, insured and bonded. Technicians we send for major repair work are Master Plumbers, Master Electricians and HVAC specialists. All Technicians are trained in senior safety and common senior health problems such as mobility issues and dementia. It takes a special kind of Technician to work for Handyman Senior Care. That’s why all our workers are meticulously screened and must pass an extensive background check before being hired.

Office Staff

For starters, we HAVE an office staff. Most small Handyman companies and self-employed handymen do not have the resources to have a staffed office. Our office staff is available Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. All members of the office staff have been trained in the industry and are familiar with all of our services. If you have a question about anything related to Handyman Senior Care or our services, our office staff is there to answer the phone and answer your questions.

Executive Team

Our executives are responsible for enforcing the rigorous policies and procedures we have developed for Handyman Senior Care. We have developed our own operations manual, a training program for employees, a quality assurance program and the specialized services for senior citizens. It is the mission of our executives to provide quality, affordable services for the elderly and to enforce the strict codes of conduct imperative to customer satisfaction and company success. Our executives have experience in home repair and maintenance, administrative policy, financial management, human resources, public relations, marketing and communications. All members of the executive team are former business owners.

All of our employees including Technicians, Office Staff and the Executive Team have been trained in senior citizen safety and special needs.
