Q: How do I schedule a service call?

A: Call the office nearest you Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00. Our offices are open during business hours but our Technicians are available for service calls seven days a week.

Q: How do I pay for service?

A: You give the Technician a check or credit card at the end of the service call. Year-Round Home Maintenance and Senior Home Safety Check are pre-paid.

Q: How long does it take to get an appointment?

A: Our Technicians are available seven days a week and work days, evenings and weekends. We can usually schedule your appointment within one to two days.

Q: I don’t know much about repairs or maintenance, but I want to be safe in my home and not have to worry about it. What do you recommend?

A: Start by getting our Senior Home Safety Check. We check 500+ items (additional 70+ items for dementia / Alzheimer's clients) to identify potential safety hazards. If you need any repairs or maintenance, we send you a full report with recommendations.

Q: I have a small repair that needs to be done. Will you do very small repairs?

A: Absolutely! We specialize in small repairs.

Q: I have a fairly large electrical, plumbing or heating/air conditioning project. Can your company handle larger specialty jobs?

A: Yes, we use only licensed Master Electricians, Master Plumbers and HVAC specialists for larger jobs.

Q: Do I have to have a disability or mobility problem to qualify for your services?

A: Absolutely not. Many of our clients are perfectly healthy citizens 55 or older.
